We provide up to $3 million in insurance covering everything from furniture to the infrastructure of the property. So your whole house is covered.
We will. We provide up to $20,000-85,000 of furnishings in your place. If your place comes furnished we will add finishing touches while keeping your furniture in inmaculate condition.
Our team at can assist emergency issues within the home or deal with unexpected small maintenance that may arise from time to time. As an owner, you can be totally hands-off or you may wish to be kept apprised of occasional issues. Either way, we’ve got you covered!
We work with a number of professional cleaners. Our cleaning partners are provided with a detailed list of what is required for each our clients to make sure that no detail is left unnoticed.
No we like to be as hands off for you as possible. We handle all of communication with our clients.
We sign your lease just like a regular tenant. The only difference is we sign under our LLC.
We handle all the small maintance like for example a broken lightbulb, or changing the air filter. But any large maintance requests such as fixing a broken air conditioner goes directly to the landloard.
We provide a 90 day rental remorse period. Some landloards choose this option when they are new to our process and want that extra assurance that they can end the contract after 90 days if they are not happy with our services. Others will do the regular 1 year lease.
